As a Global Sales Manager you are responsible for the commercial strategy and execution of Fysicon. It includes all activities relating to marketing, sales, product development and after sales service to drive business growth and market share worldwide, with main focus on Europe for DataLinQ and the world for QMAPP.


Tasks, responsibilities and results

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets for Fysicon
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Responsible for overseeing Fysicon distribution network, including managing relationships with distributors and retailers, and driving sales to ensure products reach customers effectively
  • Partner with customers and business partners to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Monitor competitors’ products, including relevant sales and marketing data
  • Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals
  • Create sales reports and present performance results to senior management.
  • Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success
  • Have an inspirational role in focusing Fysicon employees towards customer satisfaction
  • Work with other departments, such as marketing and product teams, to improve messaging and outreach.
  • You are responsible for directing the account managers and consultants abroad.


Function -requirements

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director, preferable in Medical Devices
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Dutch and English)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 (specific chapter 7.2) and notion of other chapters
  • Notion of ISO 27001


What do we offer you

A market conform salary with good secundary employment conditions, like a WIA-insurance and a 50/50 paid pension. A company car and phone. Salary various depending experience between 4.500,- euro tot max 7.250,- euro and a sales bonus upon receipt of proposd goals.
