As a Guest Relations Officer you are the calling card of the Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam. You are responsible for monitoring, analyzing and mainly optimizing guest satisfaction. Together with the Front Office team, you have an overview of which guests arrive and are welcomed every day. You like to pamper VIP guests extra and you know better than anyone how to do that!
