Your Role
As B2B Manager Belgium, the Netherlands & France, you are responsible for driving our commercial success across these key markets. You lead our B2B, Group Reservations, and Contact Center teams and translate strategy into action.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Defining and executing the commercial sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Leading the B2B, Group Reservations, and Contact Center teams in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France.
  • Identifying growth opportunities through data and insights to guide performance and optimize decisions.
  • Collaborating closely with reservations, contact center, sales, and marketing teams to deliver results.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and engagement through regular visits to SnowWorld locations in the region
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Sales BE/NE/FRA and playing an active role in the Commercial Team.

Your Profile
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong track record in driving revenue growth within leisure, hospitality, tourism, or sports.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong people management skills and confidence to lead change within the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a strong plus.
  • Energetic and collaborative team player who thrives in an international and fast-paced environment.
