As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam, your day will be filled with creating delicious pastries and desserts for our following Food & Beverage outlets;

• Fine dining restaurant Bridges
• Mediterranean Garden Bistro Oriole
• Afternoon Tea in our Library
• Room Service
• Banqueting events

Your job is to make sure every treat we serve is top-notch and leaves our guests wanting more. It is important that you have a creative approach and that you are constantly looking for improvement in de products and the design of new creations.

What you will bring to the role

• You have a minimum of MBO Level 3 Degree
• You have experience in a similar position within pastry
• You are familiar with the Luxury Fine Dining Branch
• You speak fluent English, any other language is a plus
