As Reservations Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests, travel agents and tour operators. Every request is different and that’s what makes your role exciting. With your personal and tailor-made service, you make every reservation feel special.

You will:

• Handle reservations coming in through various channels.
• Advise guests and partners about our hotel, facilities and services.
• Be a key connector between hotel departments.
• Prepare quotations, maintain reports and support in optimizing room occupancy.

Your sales skills, accuracy and service-driven mindset will make you shine in this role!

What you’ll bring

• Fluent English, Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in Front Office or Reservations.
• Knowledge of Opera is a big advantage.
