Stayokay Utrecht Centrum is a super cool and hip hostel on the Neude, a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station. A real meeting place for travelers, families, but also for students who come to study or have drinks in our living area and restaurant The 5th.

Do you have F&B experience and are ready for a new challenge? Then we’re looking for you to join us as F&B Supervisor!

You will...

• Work with the F&B Manager and the team to ensure everything related to F&B and The 5th runs smoothly.
• Act as a leading team member by informing, training, and motivating your team while being responsible for operations during your shifts.
• Contribute ideas on procedures within the hostel and come up with creative solutions.
• Encouraging the team to engage in upselling and cross-selling of the menu.

You have...

• Completed a relevant degree at a minimum MBO level and have several years of proven (management) experience in F&B/hospitality.
• A wealth of ideas, a proactive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• The ability to multitask and stay calm during busy moments.
• An open mind, a drive to excel, and a passion for sustainability!
